Sent tracked via courier. Delays can happen. Please contact us if delivery takes more than seven working days.  

 Returns  

 We hope that you will be delighted with your izziizzi purchase. However, if you are not satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Returns accepted within 14 days of order.  

 Please dispatch it in its original packaging and accompanied by a note outlining your name, address and reason for return. Please email hello@izziizzi.co.uk noting dispatch of your return.  

 Please note: we do not refund postage on any returns. Refund covers items purchased only.
